Itinerary
Today Arrive at Trivandrum Airport for the Flight to Hanoi.Hanoi – Vietnam’s capital city with a thousand-year-old history dating back to 1010. It is characterized by the unique cultural relics, ancient street of antique houses, French colonial buildings, tree-lined boulevards and lakes.
Welcome to Vietnam!
Arrive the airport, after completing immigration formalities and clearing customs you will be met by our driver outside the baggage claim area who will escort you to a private waiting vehicle for your transfer to your. Our gudiewill be holding a welcome board with your name.
Arrival at hotel, you will leave the luggage at hotel (standard check in time 2:00pm. Early check in available on request with a surcharge).
In this afternoon, you will visit:
- Ngoc Son Temple
- HoanKiem lake
- Hanoi Train street (including the cup of local drink)
Evening have dinner at restaurant.
Stay overnight in Hanoi.
Have breakfast at hotel.
Around 8:15am, you will be picked up for city tour including:
- Ho Chi Minh Complex – which features the life of Ho Chi Minh President, the nation’s founder
- Ba Dinh Square – an important point of pilgrimage for many Vietnamese
- One Pillar pagoda which was built in the 11th century, reminiscent ofa lotus blossom rising from a pond.
- Joseph Cathedral Church
- Hanoi Old Quarter which is famous for its ancient streets representing traditional trades from the past.
- Dong Xuan market – one of the big local markets in Hanoi which is selling many nice stuff and souvenirs, located in Old Quarter.
- Hang Gai Shopping street
- Free time at the night market in Hanoi Old Quarter (Open 7 pm to 10 pm Fridays – Sundays)
Stay overnight in Hanoi.
HANOI – HALONG BAY DAY CRUISE – HANOI (B/L/D) – SIC Cruise
Note: Cruise program may change without prior notice depend on weather, tide level, authority…. Spa and drinks on cruise are exclude. Below program belongs to Crown Legend cruise and will change if choosing another cruise.
Have breakfast at hotel and check out the room.
Around 8:30am, you will be picked up and transfer to Halong bay.
11h30 – 12h00: Arrive at Port, proceed to embark V-dream Cruise.
12h00 – 12h30: Starts cruising the Halong Bay – a World Natural Heritage, recognized 3 times by UNESCO, and one of the 7 natural wonders voted by the New Seven Wonders.
12h30 – 13h45: Enjoy your lunch aboard our luxury Vdream Cruise. While cruising back to Port, you can contemplate the magnificent scenery of Halong with its thousands of islands & islets.
Visit the Fighting Cock Islets – a symbol of Halong tourism.
14h00 – 14h45: Visit SửngSốt Cave – one of the largest and most beautiful caves of Halong with its multi-shape stalactites and stalagmites.
15h00– 15h30: Try your kayaking skills or take it easy on a bamboo boat to visit Luon Cave.
16h00 – 16h45: Arrive at Titop Island, you can either enjoy yourselves swimming at the beach or take a hike up to the top of the Island for a quite impressive panorama of the Bay (~300 steps up).
17h00: Quite a few options available for this time: Sunbathing on sundeck, soaking in Jacuzzi, playing board games, reading in restaurants, contemplating the sunset. Enjoy our Sunset Party: Tea, coffee, fruits, cakes, and some light food from Vietnam.
18h15 – 18h30: Arrive at Port, disembark and board our bus back to Hanoi.
20h30 – 21h00: Arrive Hanoi. Have dinner at Indian restaurant.
Then, transfer back hotel. Stay overnight in Hanoi.
Have breakfast at the hotel. This morning you will be escorted to the airport for flight back home.

Important Note
- Passport with minimum validity of one year from the date of stamping the visa
- International check in time is at 1500hrs and checkout time is at 1100hrs
- Please note that you have to pay RS.30, 000 per person (Non – Refundable Amount) as the advance payment towards this tour. This booking will be confirmed once the payment has been credited in our account.
- Any change in the number of passenger will affect the Quote.
- If any extra cost comes due to the change/Cancellation of flight schedule OR due to any other reason beyond our control, should be paid directly and ORIZON HOLIDAYS is NOT responsible for such expenses.
Visa Rejection & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing via email, fax or correspondence letter.
Cancellation charges (calculated on total package amount) will be applicable as follows:
- 30% if Cancellation request is received up to 45 days prior to tour start date.
- 50% if Cancellation request is received up to 44 to 30 days prior to tour start date.
- 70% if Cancellation request is received up to 29 to 20 days prior to tour start date.
- 100% if Cancellation request is not received more than 20 days prior to tour start date.
Cancellation charges will be calculated on the basis of date we receive your written cancellation request.
Postpone / Prepone of your tour program will be treated as cancellation of previous package and booking of new package and it is subject to availability.
Refund Policy
Your advance deposit after deducting cancellation charges will be refundable to you.
