Itinerary
On arrival at Beijing International airport, After custom & Immigration formalities, meet our representative and be transferred to your hotel for check-in. (Check in at 1400 hrs). Beijing is the capital of the most populous country in the world and also its second largest city after Shanghai. Overnight stay at Hotel.
After breakfast, pick up from hotel at 09:00am, proceed for a full day tour of the city. Morning start with the biggest public square in the world, Tian’anmen Square conquers you with its grandeur at the first sight. Then you are leaded to Forbidden City. It is the imperial palace for 24 emperors during Ming and Qing Dynasties and the biggest ancient architecture complex in the world. You walk in the museum to see with your eyes, to touch with your hands and fell with your hearts. We also arrange the short visit to a Silk Shop to enjoy Chinese Traditional Silk Arts. There after you continue to Summer Palace. Having the largest royal park and being well preserved, it was designated, in 1960 by the State Council, as a Key Cultural Relics Protection Site of China. Containing examples of the ancient arts, it also has graceful landscapes and magnificent constructions. Later after the tour, proceed back to the Hotel at about 19:00pm.. Overnight at hotel
Optional Program: Kung fu ShowTonight enjoy famous Kung fu show – < Legend of Kung fu >. Show combining kung fu, dance and acrobatics with vibrant costumes, set designs and special effects, this show is a remarkable display of Chinese modern and traditional art. Transfer you back to your hotel after the show.
After breakfast, pick up from hotel at 08:30am, drive 75km to visit the Jade factory and Great Wall at Juyong pass which are the symbol of China and the wisdom of Chinese people. It is very unbelievable that Chinese succeeded in building such a great architecture with simple tools in ancient time. If time enough, you will have a short stop and take photos in Beijing Olympic Park, where you can see the outside view of the National Stadium– Bird’s Nest and National Aquatics Center -Water Cube. Later transfer back to hotel at about 19:00pm. Overnight at the hotel.
Today morning, after breakfast catch your super-fast train to Shanghai. On arrival at Shanghai, you will be transferred to hotel, In the evening Huangpu River Cruise & Bund City Lights. Tonight, you will have a Night Tour of Shanghai city and a Night Cruise on Huangpu River. which divides the Bund into two sections, Pu Dong and Pu Xi, which mean “east of river” and “west of river”. Local people honor the Huangpu as Mother River, and as you view the lights and spectacle from the deck of your evening cruise, you will understand why. Enjoy the beautiful Shanghai Bund Night View. The Bund is the cultural section of Shanghai that best represents the blending of ancient and modern influences. This renowned waterfront district is the city’s most famous landmark. The word Bund is of Anglo-Indian origin meaning “embankment on the waterfront”, and you’ll experience the definition literally with a feeling of space and openness that you won’t find anywhere else in Shanghai. Seen at night, Shanghai looks much more different. It is a good chance to enjoy the charms of this sleepless city in South China. After the tour back to hotel. Overnight at Hotel.
After breakfast proceed to visit a Buddhism shrine – Jade Buddha Temple, located in a crowd of Shanghai City. It is named for its two bejewele d white jade Buddha. Carved from a whole piece of white jade, the sitting jade Buddha statue is translucent with a solemn expression, displaying the excellent skill and extraordinary art of Chinese people. Then on to Yuyuan Garden which has many scenic courtyards decorated with baroque rockery, pools, and flora that are all connected by corridors and passageways. After Noon, visit pearl factory and the shopping trip will begin inNanjing Road which is starts at the Bund and runs westward, with People’s square in the middle. Renowned for its bustling and modernization, Nanjing Road earns its reputation as the ‘First Commercial Road in China’, which is the good shopping heaven for your trip as the same as the Fifth Avenue in New York and Avenue des Champs-Elys’es in Paris. Some of the traditional food and handicrafts of Shanghai can be found here. Then we come to the Bund, The renowned waterfront district is the city’s most famous landmark. The word BUND is of Anglo-India origin meaning embankment on the waterfront. It is also the popular site to enjoy the night view of the city. After the tour back to hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Today morning, after breakfast, proceed to visit Zhujiajiao, Located in a suburb of Shanghai city, Zhujiajiao is an ancient water town well-known throughout the country, with a history of more than 1700 years. Covering an area of 47 square kilometers, the little fan-shaped town glimmers like a bright pearl in the landscape of lakes and mountains. Endowed with another elegant name – ‘Pearl Stream’ – the little town is the best-preserved among the four ancient towns in Shanghai. After a wonderful trip today, you drive back to Shanghai. Overnight at Hotel.
